From start to finish everything went well. Def recommend.
Chris and Kenny did my installation on my 7 window house and touched up, painted and made sure they were right. They look awesome and I really appreciate the effort to be on time and be pros. Shout to Ashley for being responsive and helpful too.

Almost 40 windows replaced by 2 different crews. Wasn't impressed with one crew, lots of damage around replaced windows. The other crew did more windows, cut out walls to expand windows, and they all looked perfect when done.

Excellent service. Attentive sales person who listened closely to what I needed and provided a creative solution that was sensible and cost effective. Months later when my windows came in and the installation person came out to install them - it turned out that the sales guy had spent time teaching him how to pronounce my name. Top notch service and the work/product are great. Could not recommend highly enough.

Window World of Athens is fantastic! We already knew that they stand behind their products because Stewart had totally helped us out when one of our windows began to fog some. (We changed out our old windows about 10 years ago)
Recently the handle on our back door just wore our and stopped working. I called Athens Window World and Stewart arrived within 3 hours. He replaced the worn out part post haste and did not charge a dime for the parts or labor. The job was completed quickly with no questions asked.
I cannot say enough good things about Athens Window world!
Their products are high quality and priced fairly.
If you want to replace your windows and/or doors I highly recommend Window World!

I can't say enough about Window World of Athens, I'm very impressed with the Quality of the windows and the warranty that comes with them! I was even more impressed by the team that did the installation! Not only were they polite and courteous, they were very thorough, and professional. I've had work done on My house in the past, on several occasions, with other companies, and the experience was always horrific, because the workers were very careless and invasive. This was not the case with Window World. Dealing with Window World was an all around pleasant experience, I highly recommend them!

After 37 years, it was time for new windows. Mark came out and discussed options/pricing and measured the 15 windows. We placed the order the following week and the windows came in earlier than I expected. Fortunate for us, they had a last-,minute cancellation for the next day, so we were able to get them installed the next day! Juan and his crew arrived around 9:45am and were finished by 5pm. He and his crew were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and they did a great job. We love the new windows. Thanks for a great experience!

I recently replaced my old aluminum "school bus" windows with new windows from Window World. The experience from start to finish was a breeze. The sales rep (super friendly and professional) came to my house to provide a free quote. One thing I will recommend - walk both in the inside and outside of the house. I am a first time window purchaser, but it will save you time and money if you think of both the view from the inside and the outside, especially if you are mixing and matching different window types.
The windows arrived earlier than I expected, and install day was just that- one day. In a single day, the crew replaced all ten of my windows (many large ones). They were efficient, tidy, and professional. I love my new windows and the view they provide. They open and close so much easier than my old ones. I highly recommend Window World for their wonderful product and people!

Antonio and his crew was awesome, they done an excellent job installing my windows. They look so good and what they had to work with with this old house of mine, I don't think anyone else could come even close to doing such a professional job as they have done today. The crew was courteous, polite and professional, I just can't say enough. My windows look awesome and they took care to make sure they worked perfectly before they left.
Thank you window world and thank you Antonio. And crew.
